Organise everything into classes your members can hold, courses inside each class, and video, podcast or audio lessons with notes, thumbnails and downloadable files. Progress is tracked lesson by lesson, and certificates are claimed when the last lesson is done.
Website Builder - Live Editor
Every academy ships with a marketing site on your domain. Build pages from ready-made sections and layout blocks in the visual editor, set the SEO title and description, and publish. Header, footer, navigation menus, popups and forms are yours to manage too.
iOS and Android Mobile Apps
The Spotlight member app is on the App Store and Google Play with every license. Members install it, enter your academy code and see your academy: your name, your logo, your colours. Want it under your own name? A white-label app is an add-on.
Ecommerce Store
Sell physical products and digital downloads next to your classes. Build the catalogue with categories, photos, prices and stock, set your shipping zones and discount codes, and follow every order from payment to delivery. Check it all with a preview link and a test order before you switch the store on.
Live Sessions
Schedule a session, choose who can see it, and entitled members get a countdown on their dashboard with a join button on a gated page. Meeting links and passcodes stay encrypted until the join window opens.
Email Marketing Tool
Contacts and audiences live inside the academy as the system of record, with tags, segments and custom fields. Send broadcasts once or on a schedule, keep templates for the emails you send often, and let automations handle welcomes and payment reminders.
Project Management
